Safety and Sanitation

At Rockfish, the safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance. In order to ensure this, we have implemented expanded cleaning and sanitation procedures across all of our restaurants. These include:

Removing high-touch items from the guest experience, such as table tents and check presenters.

Keeping salt, pepper, and sugar off the table. It is still available, but we are sanitizing them before every use to help prevent the spread of germs.

Reinforcing the need for our employees to consistently wash their hands, we are requiring employees to wash their hands every 30 minutes, regardless if they just did or not. they are also encouraged to use hand sanitizer regularly.

Sanitizing all door handles every 15 minutes.

Additional sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant both during the shift and after we close.

All menus, booster seats, and high chairs are sanitized after use.

We are also continually verifying the sanitation and safety of our existing procedures, from the sanitation chemicals we use, to our dishwashers and more.

Although some of these additional sanitation and precautionary measures may impact the guest experience slightly, we believe that Rockfish has a duty to our guests to keep them safe.
