Coronavirus Updates from Rockfish

Face Coverings Are Required For Entry At All Rockfish Locations

Our Commitment to Safety

Rockfish is committed to the safety of both our guests and our team members.  Because of this, we want to ensure that each person is aware of our Health and Safety Policy and of what Rockfish is doing to ensure that we provide the safest dining experience possible.

All people 10 years and older must wear a mask while in the building. This includes both staff members and patrons of Rockfish.  Mask may be removed while consuming food or drink.

Rockfish provides a hand sanitation station at the entrance to the building and it is available to all those that enter the restaurant.

Guests are seated at tables and booths that are approximately 6 feet apart.

Rockfish requests that guests socially distance and remain 6 feet apart from other groups when not seated at a table.

Tables will not exceed 10 guests in a party. Larger parties will be separated, so as to comply with current regulations.

Rockfish utilizes a QR code for the menu to be viewed on personal electronic devices, or provides a single use, disposable paper menu upon request.

Tables remain free of condiments and other items.

All condiments are single use in nature.

All employees and contractors are trained on appropriate cleaning and disinfection, hand hygiene, and respiratory etiquette.

All staff members undergo a Pre-Shift Health Screening upon entering the building, and their temperature is taken. Any person not able to pass such screening will be sent home. They will not be allowed to return to work until they pass all criteria and have a negative Covid-19 test (per CDC guidelines).

Any employee that displays symptoms of Covid-19, displays illness, has contact with a Covid-19 patient, or tests positive for Covid-19 will be quarantined and not be allowed to return to work until they meet all CDC recommendations for such situations and have a negative test.

All employees wash hands upon entering building and wash hands at least every 30 minutes. Employees are trained to wash hands every time they come in contact with an item touched by a guest.

Rockfish regularly and frequently cleans and disinfects any regularly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, restrooms, computers, highchairs, and booster seats.

Rockfish cleans and disinfects the area used for dining (table, etc.) after each group of customers depart, including the disinfecting of tables, chairs, stalls, and countertops.

Rockfish adheres to all city, county and state regulations as set forth by Health Department.
